Best photos I've ever taken!
My male BP, Monty, is the best to use for picture taking. He does not squirm and move everywhere, and that's what I love about this snake. Here are some really awesome shots I got of him, enjoy!:D

Hope you enjoyed those photos. I'm not really sure what kind of theme I was going for, I just put in a bunch of random plants and it seemed to bring out Monty's color a bit more. The best thing was that he stayed in the exact position I wanted him in.:D

Nice pictures. That last one, looking through the leaves, is awesome!:gj:
Re: Best photos I've ever taken!
Not bad at all, but your white balance needs to be fixed.

I tried to fix the white balance, but I couldn't find where the white balance settings were. I'm using my sister's camera and I don't really know how to work it that well, but I'll figure it out. Thanks:)
Re: Best photos I've ever taken!
nice pictures, i like the second one the most.

Re: Best photos I've ever taken!
I think your second photo is great. If you focus on the animal, try to always focus on the eyes. No matter how much the rest of the animal or person is in focus, if the eyes are out of focus, then the whole animal/person will look out of focus. Number two looks the sharpest in focus, and the snake is big and up front in the photo, giving the subject the most attention.

Ya that second photo seems eye catching lol. In the one after that I put the focus more toward the flower in the background instead of the snake, which seemed kinda cool too.

I second the second photo! :P Awesome and beautiful snake!
Re: Best photos I've ever taken!
2nd pic is my fav... The one with the flower in focus, it just says to me that the flower is more important than the snake & we know that ain't so... LOL!
Re: Best photos I've ever taken!
There is no way Aphrodite would set that still for me.
Re: Best photos I've ever taken!
Very nice, Tiffany! I really like the second one best... what a cute face he has. :)
As far as the white balance goes, you can actually edit that later with a program like GIMP or Photoshop. I've been using GIMP, and it has an auto setting to fix the white balance... you can download it for free here: http://www.gimp.org/
After you download the program, just open a picture with it and select Color/Auto/White balance. Here's the result:

Re: Best photos I've ever taken!
Make sure you are shooting your pictures in Super Macro.. Or on some cameras.. Magnifying glass... And to fix your white balance AFTER they've been uploaded, download the free Image Editing Software (My Favorite) GIMP... Its totally free.. No Trials, nothing... It for windows and Macs... From there open the Picture in Gimp, and go to "Color">"Auto">"White Balance".... And it will fix it right up for you...
Here i did an example to show you how much better Gimp makes the pics:

You can just put it on auto instead of finding out what type of light fixture you own:)
