Did you buy it as a pastel???

Well this guy Robert D Schmidt said he is not sure if it is or not. He said I have to prove it out but I just want Bp.net members take on this.

Yep normal... Trust me you don't have to prove out a pastel even ugly ones..

I agree, very pretty normal - the belly isn't right to be a pastel.

NORMAL. Pastels have a clear belly.

A GOOD Pastel is unmistakable. Belly is always clear.

My Lemon Pastel male doesn't have a clear belly. He has green speckles all over. He's also a Classic Jungle so that probably has something to do with it. He has offspring that do have clear bellies though.

It's a pretty normal. Traits to identify a pastel:

Green (olive) eyes.
A faded head with a darker outline.
"Jungle" aberrant body pattern.

Even a very browned-out pastel is obvious if you look for those traits.
