Re: Some of the 'big uns'
Wow! Those are amazing! Thanks for posting those pics! I absolutely LOVE that albino!
Re: Some of the 'big uns'
Good looking snakes. I bet your neighbors flip when you take them outside.
Re: Some of the 'big uns'
Gorgeous.
Every time I look at picture of giant snakes like these, all I can think is, "Some day..."
:gj:
Re: Some of the 'big uns'
Love how they wrap around the tree, how did you get them off?
Sorry if I am hijacking this thread, I noticed you got some cool lookin tattoo on your right arm in the first picture. May I see some pictures of it?
Re: Some of the 'big uns'
That second to last picture is awesome.
Very beautiful snakes, thanks for sharing those pics!
Re: Some of the 'big uns'
Awesome collection! That YH boy is gonna make some pretty babies! :D
Re: Some of the 'big uns'
Whoa! Those are some incredible animals you have there. I'm really, really impressed!!
Is the Madu supposed to have a sort of lump on her nose?
The white phase albino is incredible.
Also, cool tattoo on your left arm! What does that symbolize/mean?
Re: Some of the 'big uns'
Thanks for the comments all :)
@ icy girl - good spot, when we first got th Madu girl she was a face rubber (can be quite common in retics). A setup change soon sorted that and the raised area you can see on her face was the last of the swelling to go away once she stopped. It's all gone now, i need to take more recent pictures, all of these picures are quite old now.
@Priobull
I'd only recommend letting a retic you REALLY trust (Like the two boys pictured, both dog-tame) to get a good grip on anyhting like that tree because you have two ways of getting them off, unwrapping them manually (only possible if tame) or waiting
You try unwrapping a feisty one from a tree and you'd better have a shield with you:)
Tattoo on my left arm is my ex girlfriends name thankfully written in Hindi  I'll try and dig up some photos of my sleeve, there's actually a lizard in it somewhere so it's sort of relevant ;)
All the outdoor pictures are taken on my private property, and I don't make a habit of taking any large snakes out there when anyone is around. Those two retics (Bali YH and albino) are both relatively small boys and trustworthy. I'd never go photographing any of the larger ones where anyone who was bothered could see. Honestly I don't think the neighbours even realise we keep reptiles.

I agree!:D
Re: Some of the 'big uns'
You have some beautiful pythons! I wish I had the room to keep one or two. I think all your photos are great! It looks like they are trying to eat the tree :)
Re: Some of the 'big uns'
Hey that last one the wild caught unknown locale looks like a tiger i say buy a male breed them if you get supers then she is a tiger which would be good new blood lines are always good.:D
Re: Some of the 'big uns'
I've owned multiple tigers, she's definately not a tiger.
I'm having a hunt now for other pictures of her.
Re: Some of the 'big uns'
heres a few more of the unknown stripe girl. Her colours are really hard to capture and hard to describe other than slightly abnormal for a retic. I don't expect anyhting of it, don't expect it to be genetic, she's just a pretty retic and nice and small for a female :)

I know it's impossible but Ijust wish I knew where she was from, i'd love to use her in locality specific breeding purely because she's such an outstanding snake.
