Silver Streaks

Does anyone have any photos of hatchling Silver Streaks?

I take it you suspect that you hatched some and aren't quite sure? Who are the parents of the clutch?

Get photos from multiple sources if poss, the worst silver streaks can look like pewters and the BEST pewters can look like silver streaks! It can be tough to pick them apart sometimes, but hey, hardly the worst problem to have in the world ;)

I still get confused by all of the pewter morphs. Is this correct?

Super Pastel Cinnamon - Sterling
Super Cinnamon Pastel - Silver Streak
Super Pastel Super Cinnamon - Silver Bullet

I have a small 2 egg clutch from pewter x pewter that I am anxiously waiting on to see what crawls out.

and you are not alone, many well versed in ball python genetics are confused about these names as well.

Super Pastel Cinnamon = Sterling
Super Pastel Black pastel = Silver Streaks (some also call them Black Sterlings)
Super cinnamon Pastel = Silver Bullet
Super Black Pastel Pastel = Silver Bullet (some also call them Black Silver Bullet)
Super Cinnamon Super Pastel = Super Pewter (how to further confuse!)

Very nice!!! I wish I could say I hatched one out this season too, but I completely missed on it.

Got some nice Pewters though...

Must be beginners luck Heather...... I bred a Pewter male to a Pastel Female and got 6 eggs ....TWO Silver Streaks and 2 Pewters and 2 Pastels. The Ball Gods have been very good to me so far :)
