Those are very ugly. The one on the far left looks like full slug, but if it has veins, best of luck!!!

    Congratulations!!!

I have hatched out halfies with no problems. They tend to be smaller, but they survived.

I checked them today and that one looks like its starting to go down hill even though whats inside looks great I can see movement and lots veins. What do you guys think? The whole top of the egg looks like a slug the bottom is a big window should I flip it so the good side will be up?

    No. Leave it alone..

Try and wipe off the mold, keep a close eye on it, and keep it clean. Try and keep it alive, but don't flip it. I think it would be cutting it too close to flip anything at this point. You may kill it.

    Re: Uggglllyy
Wipe it off first with a clean tissue or q-tip, and if that doesn't work, you can use an antifungal (which I can't suggest brandwise, since I've never done it) or liquid bandaid.

Windows aren't a big deal, a good deal of eggs have them and hatch fine. The only thing that leads me to think the slug MIGHT/MAY may it is it seems very large for a slug. Most of the ones I've seen are alot smaller than that. Sorry, the coffee hasn't kicked in and I can't remember what to clean the eggs with... someone else will chip in though.... Good luck!!! Love the YB parrings...

I was told to scrape the mold off with the edge of a piece of paper. It worked pretty good on my moldy eggs this year, they looked similar to the ones you have there. Half slug and then half of the good side had the reddish discoloration. I scraped the mold off every day for about 2 weeks before I gave in and picked up some anti-fungal powder. The stuff I used was LotriminAF Powder Spray (miconazole nitrate). After I sprayed down the part that was afflicted with mold (after scraping it off first) it kept the growth down to a minimum and I didn't have to mess with them again. They hatched about 2 weeks ago. :gj:

I have used athletes foot powder with good results, but not on an egg that bad. It's hard to say without seeing the other side but I don't think that egg has much of a shot. I would have probably put it in the incubator with the "good" side up but I don't know that it would have helped either. If it were mine I would probably still flip it but that's up to you. I bet the other 3 hatch fine. I would maybe put the worst egg in it's own box just because you are going to have to clean it every few days and it might be best to not have to disturb the other eggs so often. Good luck

I'm going to go ahead and put it on its own and take care of it, clean it and use some of the anti fungal. Thanks again for all your help everyone.

just clean the egg with the antifungal powder but don;t move the egg from its original position....i have one also with a window thats growing mold on it...just keep an eye on the mold and try to keep it minimal.

I bought the powder spray, should I use a wet piece of paper cause its a little waxy? The top part is the only part of the egg thats looking bad the bottom is fine.

Some of the prettiest snakes I have hatched out have come from boob eggs, keep the RH high, but the eggs dry... those 3 were the ones I figured would go for you. Good Luck! :gj:

Happy and sad at the same time one of the three babies survived. The survivor was in the biggest of the three eggs and its an IVORY. The other two must of been dead for at least 8 to 10 days. I kinda knew something was wrong the eggs we're flattening out way to early. I got lucky on this one 1 for 3 on my pet projects and this one was close. I'll post pic's once he's out of the egg.
