Our first Pieds, plus a little extra!

Our first ever Pieds to hatch finally shed. These guys hatched whjile we were on vacation, so I didn't even get to watch them crawl out. We bought our first pair of Het Pieds in 2004, and the female finally laid eggs for the first time this year. She was bred by our Pied male that we picked up in 2007 (got tired of waiting to produce one). She laid 5 eggs, and we were fortunate to get 2 male Pieds (I really wanted a girl, but that's ok, because they are still Pieds).

The day after these guys hatched, another of my favorite morphs crawled out. Our second ever Hypo Cinnamon. Again, I wanted a girl, but this guy is smokin. He is actually better looking than the one we produced last year. This was 6 eggs from breeding Cinny Het to Het Hypo female. The first 5 eggs I cut were all Normal appearing animals (66% Poss Hets), but I was getting nervous. The last egg was the beauty sitting between the Pieds.

Tim, Pieds are one of my top 3 favorite morphs, but in a picture with two Pieds and a Hypo Cinny, I can't take my eyes off that Hypo Cinny, it is smokin. Must have one!!

damn..............................im droooooooooolin over them..i cant wait for this breeding season to start...... I hope my het pieds do good for me......i just picked up 4 more 66% het pieds 09's so that will be a while too but should be fun!

Man oh man does that hypo really clean up the cinny/black pastel snakes!! Those are smoking big time!

I never really was a fan of Pieds, but the more i learn about BPs and all the new Morphs, the more Pieds become appealing... they are defo top 3 now:D

When funds permit, its defo the next snake :)

Congratulations Tim! I know you've been hoping to produce pieds for some time now, and you finally hit them! Very happy for you! The hypo cinnie is a smoker for sure!

A Hypo Cinnamon Pied would be nice and then a Hypo Super Cinnamon Pied would be unreal! :O

I would try to quote everyone, and tell them Thank You individually, but I'm afraid it might take a while. I had no idea I would get this kind of resonse. So, please forgive my slight laziness, and accept my thanks for all of the great compliments. So far Hypo Cinny's have been my all time favorite morph that I have produced. I can't stop looking at this guy. I did get another clutch this morning, and have one more in the bator, so I could have some more Hypo Cinny's this year.

Lastly, I did see someone post about a Super Cinny Hypo Pied. While I can't do that this year, I did just get a clutch from our originally Cinny girl yesterday. This girl is a sister from the same clutch as my original Cinny male. Last year, unknown to us, our Cinny proved to be a Het Hypo. Therefore, his sister has a chance at being Het Hypo as well. If the moons and planets line up just right for us, we might haych out a Hypo Super Cinny. Man I have been praying alot since yesterday. She laid 5 eggs, so I guess I'll keep praying.
