Favorite TV Show?

Just figure I would see what kind of tv shows everybody likes, so my question is this: What is your favorite tv show, and why?

I have a 2-way tie unfortunately.

Knight Rider - The car is just sick + I drive a cobra.
Smallville - Just always a favorite, + add the fact that they have the hot chicks in there, with a good story line.

1. True Blood
2. Supernatural
3. Eureka

I also watch Smallville, its a great show too.

NCIS
CSI's
Entourage

NCIS is good, definately an interesting tv show. Also like supernatural, never seen true blue or eureka or entourage. The vampire diaries looks kind of good which is gonna be coming on CW, I may check out 1 episode of that.

I like NCIS and Bones; probably my two favorite shows at the moment although I'm more of a book nerd than couch potato :)

1) Daisy of Love- it's just interesting to watch, and funny.
2) Degrassi- again, it's interesting to watch and a lot of it seems to connect with what happens in real life.
3) Wild Boyz- hilarious, and love how they show reptiles in like every episode xD.

I forgot Bones. My DVR has like 35 shows on it so it's a bit ridiculous.

Only thing I watch anymore is South Park and Robot Chicken.

1. How I Met Your Mother.
Best show of all time. Yeah I said it.
2. For all its shortcomings, I'm still in love with Dexter
3. Home Movies is really great TV, even for a cartoon, and I love cartoons
4. Coupling. I just love that British sense of humour
5. The Flight of the Conchords is also pretty great, but that's based mostly on the first few episodes. From what I've seen of the second season, not quite as good.
6. Penn & Teller BS. I assume I'm not allowed to put the real name of the show....But they're all libertarian and there are lots of boobs. Really my kind of show.
7. Good Eats. Delicious. And the food Alton Brown makes usually looks pretty tasty as well...

I think that's about it. Yeah I watch Degrassi every week, but I understand that it's one of the worst TV shows ever made. I'm also a huge fan of Futurama and King of the Hill but most people already know those shows and whether they like them or not. For other cartoons, Venture Brothers, Harvey Birdman, Mission Hill, and Robot Chicken are all fantastic. For non-cartoon stuff on Adult Swim, I've recently fallen for The Mighty Boosh even though the commercials always looked terrible I thought, and the show Look Around You is epic if anyone ever notices that that one is on.

Yeah I watch a lot of TV. I'm unemployed.

I forgot to mention a few shows.

Angel - Awesome spinoff from buffy. Good little action and suspense.
Merlin - Great tv show, and season 2 is coming soon actually, good actors and all.
Battle of the bods - Guys, I know you know why lol.
Cold Case - Great tv show, some eps are quite sad to, always feels like your there though.

My number 1 most favorite TV show is Criminal Minds. The only show that I've purchased Season DVD's of as well! Well written, always interesting, and I love how the actors play off of each other. Each character is a favorite of mine for different reasons.

Alias! It hasn't run in a few years, but I have yet to find a show to combat its awesomeness.

But as for my favorite shows that are actually on, lol, we have,

Grey's Anatomy and Desperate Housewives

My dad is a nurse so I understand how ridiculous Grey's is, but who cares! I like it and that's that.

*Fun tidbit for you guys, if you shock someone who's flat lining, you'd actually kill them. You shock them before that to save them and start cpr once they flat line. Who knew?

the new Knight Rider all the way, 110% best show ever!!!!
why? it doesnt need a reason, its just that cool. But really the special effect. the storyline, the great cast, micheal knight is hot. Its a continuation of the original hit 80s show and hello..... kitt is a mustang!!

other than that i like House, World's Strongest Man, and anything that's on Animal Planet or History Channel.

House is a good tv show I forgot to mention. Hugh Laury plays that show perfectly.

As far as cartoons go, I would have to say, Transformers, Beast Wars, DragonBall Z.
