    Supposed Fire Ball Python
Hey guys I was just perusing through the craiglist ads when I see an ad for rehoming ball pythons. I check it and he says he has pastels, black pastels, double het pied and axanthic, granites, het orange ghost, het pieds, and fires. He is offering them at a moderate price but then the fire ball pythons price made look like this:O 75 bucks for a fire?Something is wrong here. I emailed the guy and asked for pics of the fire ball and if this is a real fire I am going for it! Shoot 75 bucks for a half a grand morph, that is really a steal.

I will post pics once I get those pics, and you guys will be the judge.

No one in their right mind would sell a fire for 75 bucks. Odds are you will be getting a captive hatched or imported normal.

Thats the funny thing though. I am 80% sure it is just a normal, but hey, you never know.

I got the pics of the pastel. It is definitely a pastel but I asked him for a pic of the pastel and the fire he was selling. He did not give me a pic of the fire. Something is up...

Lol, that's funny! There's an ad right near me of almost the same thing, except they provided pics. Just for giggles, do you guys think it's actually what they say it is? I'm no good at identifying fires without a comparison of a normal.

I didn't think so either, but the head spot had me a bit puzzled. Thought I'd post it anyways, lol! There actually were a few on there who actually had morphs on CL. But overall I'd rather look for snakes through more reliable venues.

There are a few in TX that I got info from at a show that was in Arlington about a month ago....not much info on their websites though.....theres www.uniquebreeds.com, splitrockreptiles.com, www.watkinsreptiles.com, lynnsbeardeddragons.com from just off the top of my head....as far as i know theyre all in the DFW area. Sometimes the websites are completed yet and dont work...there is supposed to be another show comming up and I'll try to get some more working websites out of that one
