Thank you much. I love my car. I wish I could afford a newer shelby. I will actually be taking my car to the track tomorrow maybe, just changed a few tweaks on the car.

LOL, no it's a mustang cobra. If you look at it from the front it looks like a snake, because of the hood. That charger runs high 12's, low 13's at best. The evo would probably beat the charger, and that evo is forced induction, not motor, If I put a Kenne Bell on my car, I would break into mid-low 9's.

ok, that Evo STOCK is pumping out 286 horsepower at 6500 rpm and 289 ft lbs of torque at 3500 rpm...
STOCK.


if he put a grand of work into that car, it could be pushing 400 hp.

LOL. Here are the cobra specs, STOCK:

Horsepower (SAE net) 305 @ 5,800 RPM

Torque: 300 @ 4,800 RPM

Redline: 6,800 RPM (fuel shut-off at 7,000 RPM)

Then add the fact that they're underrated because of insurance. Then i'm not stock, I have every bolt on except for nitrous/sc/turbo

I took my car to the track when Pinks all out was in bell rose. They didn't do my time class, but I know a lot about racing, I work on my friends 69 camaro z28, which pumps out 750. That charger pushes out some power, but nothings matched up back in the day, which is why those cars ran 12-13. You match up the Transmission & rear end with the motor and youll hit solid 12's.

I vote for the cobra being the fastest. An almost stock evo with a good driver will be in the 12s somewhere. The cobra should beat it...but I still say you throw on a super/turbo/pro charger because its wicked! I love the whine on my gtp :banana: it scares women and children

okay now to brag, a buddy of mine works at Strictly Modified here in good ol Illinois. He built an awd talon over the winter..and with a severly leaky turbo ran a low 9 with E85 :P He's pushing 40psi now. Somewhere between 600-700 hp. :gj:

One and three were hard to decide between for me. I liked the artistic look of #1, but #3 won me over for creativity! Sorry to all the car buffs!

I dont want to put you "car nuts" down in your little discussion, but there isnt a Charger in that entire line up.

Its a Challenger, and though it might not be the fastest one up there, its the most bad a$$ one for sure!

Also not sure if he has the 340, or 383 R/T but they were 275 hp stock from the plant. Being that the car is almost 40 yrs old, he could have ANYTHING under that hood. I doubt its a 10 second car, but I am sure it moves just fine.

Neal, drive that 10 sec beast down here so I can take it for a spin. Its a crappy ford and all, but 10 seconds is 10 seconds :P

Our Gov wants it to be crushed. But #9 is my pick.

I think the slowest would be the feet. Though that looks like an awfully painful tattoo.

Wrong but still a good time 103 octane and meth puts down 602hp with a 9.94@147 1/4 mile out of a four banger daily driver lol which one do you think it is I run sleeperish lol

Try 2.5 with discounts lol grand lol its a R37 2.4 lol its a beast on 91 I dyno 489 with no spray on 32 psi of boost but I'm voting for the old guy out of respect as its not gonna be long before the gov. makes them all be crushed

I'm sorry but I drag race every week, and I see tons of cars, You would have to show me the dyno specs for that. There is no way that car is even an 11 second car. I would bet my car on that.

No tattoo. Just about three hours with a couple paintbrushes and some REALLY uncomfortable contortions! Turns out that painting and photographing the top AND bottom of your foot isn't so easy... Hence the crappy picture. :)

I do have to agree that the feet are the losers of that race! I should've gotten a picture of my dad's 08 Shelby Mustang. Sounds like folks woulda loved that sort of thing, lol.

Love all the pictures, and the cars are cool even if I'm not a car buff!

Cobra all the way!!!!!

Voted for the Cobra although that Challenger r/t is a smoker. I just thought the speed of the Cobra and the fact that it's an American car like the challenger won me over.

Neal is that a Cobra or an SVT Cobra?

lol, im just saying, put a grand into that car and its over 400 Horsepower no problem.
Evo's are crazy.

puts any STi to shame, (even though i love STi's)
but, they can EASILY run with 500 - 600 horses with a few grand of hop-ups.

I really liked the first picture, but it's blurry. If it was focused I'd definitely vote for it. So I voted for the dude on the motorcycle - great pic!!

Oh hey, that's my hubby, thank you! When I clicked the auto fix button during editing, the picture didn't even change, so I figured it's a decent one. It was taken the day he brought his new motorbike home, and that's our RV in the background. (Secondary wheels? LOL!) :)
