Your worst fears?

Everyone has to be afraid of something, even if you don't know what your afraid of. It will come to you one day. So, BP.net users, what are your worst fears? Name as many as you want :]

Mines big flying bugs and watching scary movies T.T.. I remember not to long ago I was outside with my friend and some big bug came out flying at me and I screamed and ran around and it was following me so I went over to the side of my house by the other door and another big bug was flying around so I ran back to the other door and ran inside lol. Scary movies.. ugh I just hate em. Don't like it when things pop out at me and looking at messed up scary stuff. Just not my likings.

Here goes.

-Cockroaches infesting my house.
-Fleas (I am doing battle with them at press time.. my legs have the bitemarks to prove it. :(
-Nuclear war
-Inexperienced people driving SUVs

Spiders all the way. Too many legs. Which explains the snake :)

Spiders, and burning to death.

ETA: And flying. I hate flying, even though I have flown around the world and have been on so many flights in my life. No common sense in the world can take that fear away from me.

Could answer this so many ways. Worst fear would be losing one of my kids.

Other then that, for some reason, store/feeder crickets freak me out! I think it goes back to me opening a box from fluker's and 1000 of them escaping all over my living room. I'm getting better with them now as I feed them to my spiders.

You must not like centipedes/millipedes, then? I can relate to that if so. I am fascinated by the big, slow millipedes that people have as pets. But I loathe those really fast centipedes that you find in the garden and under logs/rocks.. TOO fast-moving and leggy! :O

I'm afraid of open space. Just like, the feeling of exposure.

When I was a freshman in highschool (entering senior year in September), I once for SOME reason, was standing on our football field at around 6 AM and not a single soul was there to accompany me. I was smack in the middle of the field and everything, and every direction I turned, I could not see anybody else. I guess it also ties in with the anxiety of feeling like you're being watched by someone you can not see. They watch you not watching them.

I swear to God, it eats me alive.

I've only been on a few planes, and also I'm terrified. I just can't even take one step on one. I don't know why it freaks me out to go on planes, but it does. Also, I HATE seeing puke, or seeing someone/something puke. I just lose my appetite. My legs also shake and when I'm in a room where I can't escape from it, my eyes will water up. Not like crying, just water up. I don't cry when I see puke. I saw it when me and someone were in this lobby talking to the person at the counter randomly and the place is called open gym you can jump around on tramps in the foam pit it's really fun. Anyway, we were talking to the person at the counter and this kid comes in through the gym doors and was a few steps away from the trash can and just let's it ALL out on the floor... I was like OMFG EWW! And I went around it and ran into the gym away from the window and I sat down on a chair and my legs couldn't stop shaking. The person who was also talking to the person at the counter started laughing so hard cuz the kid was just a few steps away. And also I was eating breakfast in my living room and my mom was telling my dog to go outside cuz he was going to puke and the dog pukes right at the door and I tried to eat but I just lost my appetite lol.

I dislike rodents as well, but I'm not scared of them. I'll handle a live rat or mouse or whatever, but I just don't like rodents. I don't really find them "cute". I actually like seeing my snake eat live lol I know I'm heartless but it's interesting. I showed my friend a pinkie rat I had to feed to my snake (the eyes weren't even open) and she held it and wouldn't give it back. I had to chase her for it. I hurried and put it in the snake tank. It's food, not something to pet and play with. My friend was crying after that.. my snake needed to eat and that rat would starve anyway without it's mother's milk if it wasn't fed to the snake. I'm never letting her over again to see any more live rodents lol.. she even gave the rat a name.. I know that seemed mean for what I did to make her cry, but it's a food item for my snake not something to pet and play with.

Zombies. Hey, you never said the fear had to be legitimate or founded...! Lol. I don't know. Zombie movies scare the CRAP outta me, but every time one comes on, I can't help but sit down and watch it anyways...

Oh, and needles. It's not like I'm actively "Oh my gosh a needle!" it's...more that I pass out if I see a needle. Someone getting a shot, someone giving blood, IV needles, the works--I see it, and I'm on the floor. I have a scar over my right eye from passing out when my niece got a shot and I was in the room LOL. Next thing I know I'm on the floor with all the nurses over me checking my pulse, and something wet all over my face.

I laughed at the "Sharks that ride rollercoasters" comment! Too funny!

I used to love to fly, but I was flying on a C-130 from Hungary to Germany once when an engine caught fire close to the end of the flight. Ever since then I have been scared to death of flying on ANY fixed wing aircraft.

Flying into Baghdad right after the invasion on a C-130 we had to corkscrew in due to ani-air and I thought the plane was going down. It was probably only a few more G's than I had experienced in the past, but I thought the plane was going to snap in half. I had no idea what waas going on at the time either, because you can not look out to see what is going on, I just knew it wasn't normal.

Put me on a helicopter though, and I am good to go. I have even taken ground fire in a helicopter before, but I feel safe in them for some reason.

I agree. My sister loves sharks. She has a shark cake in our fridge right now from her bday which was last week.. I bet the cake is stale (sp?) now. I keep eating the shark's teeth because it's candy and it tastes so good D:

Sharks are not scary TO YOU!!! But to others they might be very scary. I have been diving before and had sharks all around me, not too worried about them myself, but others, I respect other peoples fears, even about snakes.

Planes - if I cant get there by car then I am not going.
I have been on them to go to England and it was the worst experience.

Dentists - had a very traumatic experience as a child with one.

Fire - while I find it facinating and I often stop to watch and film fires, I find that experiencing them does highten my fear but at the same time gives you a good hit of reality and makes you repect them so you do more to prevent them. I do believe thet some people who have never seen a housefire are not going to be as concerned with sfaety and preventing them as someone who has.

I am the same way with big storms and tornados, i love to watch and take pics while shaking in my boots.

oh and the end of the world, will I be here when it happens? casue I dont want to be.

My worst fear came true this winter.... Obama as president...... it doesn't get any scarier than that.

I'm not afraid of animals or physical things, but more of emotional stress. I have little emotional strength, even though I try not to show it. =P I'm terrified of being alone and feeling vulnerable. Also, I fear exclusion, embarassment, and pain.
Oh, and growing up. I'm one of those people that's dependent on others. I don't want to have to deal with things that adults face. What I see now, from a teenager's perspective, of adult life is a bit frightening.

Other then that, family, friends, or loved ones dieing. I just don't want to see any of them go although I know we all die and it will happen.

Dieing.

That is my only fear. I have no fears of anything else, nothing else scares me. I am only scared of dieing. Which is why I do a lot of the stupid stuff on my motorcycle, speeding, driving stupid.

I'm scared of heights. whether its climbing 12 ft on an upright ladder (I hate those type) or being up extremely high. I'm a panzy when it comes to that, but being up high in a plane, in a building, etc, isn't a big deal.

Drowning. Seems like one of the worst way to die.

Dying, leaving on a bad note with a loved one. Having them think it was their fault.

Losing someone close to me, the big one being a girlfriend I loved with all of my heart. But I am more afraid of them losing me, not the fact that ID be dying, but that they'd be left without me :/

I am not afraid of dying, in and of itself.

Clowns......Yes i know im a 25 year old 6'7 man and clowns scare the living Bejeebus out of me. I think it all came from steven kings's movie "it" To this day if a clown comes up to me, im ready to fight lol

Oh, gosh. That movie scared the daylights out of me too. Which is funny...because I wasn't afraid of the Exorcist at all. BUT DAMNIT WHAT IS IT WITH THESE CLOWNS.

Like I said before, I am afraid of being watched. I'm always very paranoid about it. I'm pretty sure reading 1984 didn't help much either, haha.

I'm very afraid of water. I will never go swimming or to the beach. When the water gets up to my waist, then it's time for me to get out of here and curl up somewhere in fetal position.

Spiders, and like a lot of you, drowning/suffocating and basically any outrageously awful death, like burning alive. I'm not sure if I'm afraid of dying in itself, just as long as it isn't drawn out and horrible.

And getting kidnapped. No explanation needed for that.

Storms, tornadoes, lightning, drowning, fires, germs, conforming, dead people buried in my bathroom walls, and previously planes (I hyperventilated prior to being forced on a plane by my (now ex-)boyfriend during a school trip; planes are good with me now, though!). Oh, and bugs in my food! (See thread: I'm just ranting, you don't need to care). Yeah, I hate to admit it, but I'm pretty much scared of everything.:O:O:O:O:O:O:O:O:O
