If they can seriously take something so stupid and make a ban out of it then I'm leaving the country, Canada can't be that bad.

Yeah, I read this yesterday. I really think that common sense is becoming a rare commodity. Of course, some idiot just had to blame wrecking his car on snakes. Someone that dumb shouldn't be driving in the first place.

Seriously how many dogs cause car crashes....many, many more orders of magnitude! (are dog always wants to be on your lap and give hugs....that's why we have a car seat for our dog)

Yet this stupid story gets reported because its weird news.

i beleive if it cant ride in the back of the truck then it should be secrued in some type of inclosure, like a box mabey? dumb people....... i hate them!

did you relize how they put a cobra i think thats what it is as a picture when it said two pet baby snakes.

My dog caused me to crash once! :oops: He was just a puppy, and got carsick while driving home from the dog park... I turned to see if he was okay, taking my eyes off the road for a second. Of course that second the upcoming light turned red, and I rear-ended the car in front of me. Whoops! Rudy went flying into the dashboard (why I now have a seatbelt for him), but luckily nobody was hurt. So yes, dogs are more likely to cause a crash than snakes. :D

Yes it is a Garter snake.... so harmless, but to those who know no better a scary image..... *I am so sorry my lovlies that people would be scared of you* LOL

I would hope they would ban cell phones, texting etc before one snake in a car accident. Texting while driving has higher risk of accident then being buzzed.
