    The Mud Ball
Anyone here working on any mudball projects. I have a probably mud that I friend sold to me. He bred a pastel to what he says was a super sable (thats what he bought it as, but he got it for cheap so he wasn't sure). I am planning on bredding him into a nice big normal this next comming season to prove him out! I am pretty excited because it isn't a common mutation. SO I was just wondering if anyone here works with them.

Comparing to the pic posted by NERD and checking other pics of Sables, that one looks Mudball to me. :)

Thanks for your opinions! When the breeder sent me pics I also thought he looked like a brown pastel, but he told me the parents, so I looked it up... I also compared it to the NERD mudballs... so my fingers are crossed... I'll be breeding him this comming season.... if I see a sable pop out in the clutch... I'll flip! LOL! If he is a mud ball, I'm thinking breed him into a spider and the resulting morph would be called the ground wasp...LOL!

    Re: The Mud Ball
Looks muddy to me too. While i'm not crazy about the way Mudballs look, they could be a cool combo maker.
