another new BP...

Shes Normal (by appearance anyways).. no idea on age, I believe 5 or 6.. she was a freebie (unwanted by owner - a girl I work with)...

and she is HUGE!!!! 2267 grams

I'll get some pictures of her a little later. right now she is settling in after the car ride and probing and weigh in


She is a total sweetheart considering she hasn't been handled in months. Her last couple sheds must have been pretty horrible because her eyes have some cracks in the outer layer (or something that looks like cracks) although the rest of her body looks pretty good. She seems to be somewhat visually impaired and I'm hoping its just the cracks that are doing that to her. But she still trusts me with her head so thats good.

Ooo... pretty big girl! She looks a little like Hera, the huge normal girl I had to rehome recently.

I have no idea on what to name it.. though, you could name her after friends, family, products, items, stores, brands, etc. (EX: I named my gecko Sobe, like the drink. The drink's "mascot" is a gecko :]) or you could go to a baby names website and look at some names that fits her best:gj:

I say you name her fat tire. lol. I had no idea fat tire came in cans. Crazy. actually I found dasani water in a can out here. It was the weirdest thing I have ever seen. I would ha ve kept the can but it was just laying in the street.

But seriously, names are easy in this place since our snakes all have mythological names...unless there's something about them that demands another name, like SunSpot the pastel. :)

We name based on color, personality, and at times type. Thinking up names is fun. :)

So I'm thinking of Tink for a name (shortened version of tinkerbell)...
