Phantom

I was wondering how much Phantoms males run for? I suppose I could just email Ralph Davis but I didn't want to get his hopes up on selling one if he has any. (Though I don't know if me asking would.) Those little guys have been teasing me lately and if the price is reasonable for me. I may save my pennies for one. Thanks.

I asked him a while back and though I don't have the email anymore, I remember it being somewhere in the $5 to $10 grand range...

Don't forget with the introduction of the mystics the price and hard work on the phantom has gone down. They run for around $2500

I knew it would be high. But not that high. Nevermind then. What about black pastels?

Why did the hard work go down with the discovery of the Mystic? I'm confused.

Over here in the UK, black pastels are around £300ish, so I would think about $250-300 over your side.

The morphs are usually quite a bit cheaper over there.:tears:

NERD has quite a few beautiful phantoms for 5k. I think that is their going rate now-a-days.

Phantoms are beautiful.. The Super Phantom is one of my favorite combo's. They are worth the price, definitely!

Baby Black pastels will run you $300-$500 depending on the sex and quality.

Hatchling Phantoms are listed at $5K each male/female.
Yearlings are more around the $7.5K range for males, females being more.

I say it as in ralph put a lot of time and work into the phantom project, he should get a good price on them because he derserves it. With the mystic, which is likely to be the same as a phantom, they put them on the market pretty low in price, which may cause problems for Ralph if he wants a higher price for the phantom.

Thanks fr the reply. I do agree that the Mystics were put on the market a bit early (i.e. prior to proving they did anything other than reproduce the original look), and that is why they couldn't command a higher price. However, I still think there is plenty of work yet to do, and either morph has only been bred to very few other morphs so far to create new crosses. I think the crosses is where it will be in the future (as with all other morphs).

I see them going for 5k plus each........The only one I see selling it super low is big daddy wholesale for about 2500 for mystics...
