I have a zoo at my home too lol! 6 snakes, 1 Giant Leopard gecko, 1 Red Eared slider, 1 cat, and 2 dogs lol. I'm getting another snake in Nov. at the reptile expo, a Pastel BP:)
Well hope you enjoy the site and get to meet some cool people on here!

Welcome, and I look forward to seeing pictures of your baby! :gj:
Why would somebody get a BP if they're afraid? Thanks to you for saving them...

Welcome to bp.net:) Your dragons are awesome and I love the pics:)
Re: New to Site and BP's !
Thanks Everyone ! I do take a lot of pride in the care of my animals. And NO I will not be making more room for more BP's ! LOL I have a small house and my Uro's and Beardies need HUGE enclosures !! You should see my dining room, full of enclosures.
Unfortunately, he won't sit still long enough for me to get good pics... they all turn out fuzzy or blurry. I'll try again this weekend. He seems to calm down more when my hubby holds him.
My BRB on the other hand loves to wrap around my hand and just sit there. She is soooo chilled out its amazing.
Re: New to Site and BP's !
Anne, BP's do take a bit more settling in and tend to be more easily stressed with handling so maybe a bit more quiet time for your new snake and a bit less handling for pleasure right now might help.

We took in a 6 foot BCI once. The girl was not only nervous of the snake, she was terrified of the rats it ate. Dead, frozen/thawed rats I might add. Go figure.
