Daytona just around the corner

Just over a month away, they have the vendors list up, lots of vendors. Who's going? We are planning on making the trip, if you are going to be there post it!! Look us up at the show and say "Hi".

lol! i have a slightly longer trip (hour and a half) but im staying in smyrna so im trip to the show will be short.

We're going- three-four hour trip for us

I'll be there its about an hour drive this will be my first time and only my 2nd expo got to see what all this hype is about :D I wanted to pick up a pair het. for pied but Im thinking about getting a lesser who knows what I will come home with.

I wonder if there is a lot of people in the same boat as me...

I plan to go to the Daytona show on Sunday this year... but for the most part I will only be window shopping. :( Just don't have the money that I would normally have this time of year I guess.

Of course there will be a few small things I get... like a new snake hook, but I won't be making any significant purchases... and no animals. The gas to get to the show, food for the day, entry costs, and the few small items I plan to get is about all the budget will allow.

The more I think about it the more it sucks. last year's Daytona for me was a whole weekend out of town.... stayed at a hotel, ate good, partied, purchased two RBI racks, thermostats, flexwatt, probes, feeding tongs, 4 ball morphs, one red tail boa, and a few other little things.

This year I get a one day trip and a snake hook. :O That just sucks.

I'd love to go but things just aren't working out the way we expected them to at work so it doesn't look like I'll be able to attend this year :(.

We are going to be there, but will not be spending anything, and we are probably going to bring our pop-up camper and staying in a local campground, $21/night as opposed to nightly stays at the local hotels will save us a ton of money, plus we enjoy (Luxury) camping anyway, lol.

Ill be there! about a 2 hour drive for me :) my aunt works for the hilton in the reservations department, so lucky for me, i get an ocean front room discounted like crazy! i am planning on picking up the brightest, yellowest, 08/09 pastel female there. hope to see you guys there

I have made a commitment to be there on sunday. Its a 9 hour drive so ill be headin out on saturday night and making it there about 6 sunday mornin. Not gonna be taking much maybe half a grand and try to pick up a nice little morph or something. Anybody that needs a ride in alabama feel free to ask.

I'll be helping my friend out this again this year.

I go purely for the entertainment value. You will no doubt meet some awesome people that know how to have a great time....AFTER the show is where its at ;) :gj:

I'll be going! I HOPE I'll have scrounged enough money up to buy something, but...well...things aren't looking too good in that regard. :( But oh well--it's more than worth it for the fun of attending! Whether or not I buy something really depends on whether or not I can get a job in the mean time. Or if I can sell some art, lol.

I look forward to seeing everyone there, though, and I'm sure it'll be a blast!

I'm driving in on Friday and departing Sunday after lunch sometime. BP.net had a table at last year's show, and it was a lot of fun...but also a LOT of work and a huge expense that we just can't justify this year. So no table for us...but it'll still be a lot of fun. I'm bringing my 16 year old daughter with me this time, too. That should be interesting.... :P

I won't be going this year, makes me very sad. :(

There's just no way that I can swing it this year, especially since I'm planning to do Tinley this year.

I am a 25 male, got a nice car or SUV to do the drive in depending on how many we get and am up to go up just for Sunday or for the entire weekend. If you are between my area and Daytona and want a ride and maybe split a hotel room give me a PM! GF troubles and I don't think my brother will be able to make it so a long drive like that can suck alone, even though its only about 2 hours there.
