    Pewters are Cinnamons x Pastels.

Black Pewters are Black Pastels x Pastels.

Cost depends on quality, but I have not seen them for less than $700.

Correct. A Pastel x Cinny cross gives each egg a 25% chance of being a Pewter (Pastel Cinnamon), a 25% chance of being a Cinnamon, a 25% chance of being a Pastel, and a 25% chance of being a Normal.

A "lemon pastel" is a pastel. There are different lines, but they're all pastels. Mostly. LOL An "enchi pastel" is something different, and most commonly referred to as just an "enchi" now. And a "black pastel" is also different...as mentioned in this thread already. But most other terms you hear such as "lemon," "blonde," "Graziani," "jungle"...all refer to the pastel morph, just different breeding lines of the same.

and as far as prices go, 700 is about the minimum you can find them for and that is if they are new born babys right out the egg.. otherwise they increase in value fast..
