Clarity... Its needed.

I am interested in picking up a Bee Project (1.0 Pastel and 0.1 Spider) from a local friend.

But I thought I would try to get some clarity from others, because this pastel does not appear to be a normal pastel, he looks like a Super to me, does anyone else think he is a Super Pastel, or is he just a very good example of a Pastel?

Good looking pastel. I'd be more concerned about how he's jamming himself into the water dish though...just in case. Mites?

Looks to be no hide in the tub.... but I have Provent A Mite just in case. :salute:

Doesnt look to have the head blushing of a Super, but man, I have never seen blushing like whats going on mid-body of that Pastel, thats crazy, I would pick it up for that Pastel alone!

Thats the blushing that made me think Super, but the head is more washed out than the male pastel I got from 8ball, and he is an awesome example of a Pastel....

I am mostly interested in the Female spider, but the male comes with for a package price that I cannot complain about.

I am really iffy the beginning of the Pastel looks like a Pastel but the middle and end looks like a pure Super.

I have seen some yellowbelly pastel's with that extreme blushing makes them look like supers. Hope that helps.

I agree with everything said so far, I will throw this way out there, and i know nothing about anything lol, but when i go to the back end middle of that pastel I see mojave with pastel in it. Not saying it is at all, its just what my eyes see, a mojave in the middle washed out......

The pastel isn't a super. But it is a great looking animal none the less. As for the flames on the sides we produced a pastel this year with that amount of blushing. If it were me and your comfortable with the way both the animals look I'd say jump on it. :D

$350 for BOTH? That is a deal and a half. I've seen some spiders for more than that alone. If they are quality animals JUMP on it.

The price was just dropped to $225 for both. I am going to try my hardest to convince the wifey so I can get these today. :O

Wow.... you better jump on that, that is a fantastic price for that pair. Id pay that for the pastel alone, not to mention the female spider. Wow!

I picked them up last night! I just cannot get over this male pastel, he is definitely a stunner. His head is wicked looking.

I'm going to try to set-up a photo tent and take some decent pictures later, hell I need to do that with most of my collection. :gj:

That's one great lookin' paste;:gj: It's not a super pastel though. Super pastels have more lighter coloring and lots of light blushing.

I know the lady who sold them, she works at Alley Cat in Van Mall.

She originally had them at 350 and I was going to buy them then they reposted them for 225 so I jumped on it.

The spider is going into shed, but after she sheds I'll take some pics. :gj:
