    picture request -- Ghost cornsnakes!
Ive been thinking about getting a corn sometime in the future, and i love the charcoal grey color that anerys and ghosts have.

The one thing i don't get is the crazy color and pattern change from hatchling to adult.

If you happen to have pictures of ghost corns, post them up! My google-fu is weak.

I have an 8 year old male ghost gorn.. I do not have pictures from when he was little, but the most color change he has done is get more yellow along the side of his body. it starts from his jaw and extends down his body fading away as it goes. Over the years it has gotten longer and more intense in color. I'll post them as soon as I can.

This is a pic of our female Ghost Stripe. She was younger here, and I guess I need to take some updated pics, but this is what I have right now.

    Even younger - 11/07

Held by my BF. Good view of his sides

And when I first got him. That's a 10g tank.

He's gotten a bit darker and added more yellow to his sides, but otherwise his coloring has stayed the same. :) He's my big pig boy at 900+ grams AFTER a winter fast.

Here are my two girls - ghost stripe and ghost blood. I really like the reddish/orange color that the skull pattern on the ghost blood has.

Wow... I always loved the looks of a ghost blood. But that ghost stripe is a really nice snake as well.

But then, I always knew you'd have great snakes, Matt! :D

Well in a few years, it'll be the best of both worlds!! This year I bred Sephie (the ghost blood) to a striped granite (striped anery blood). So the F1 (which should be hatching in a few weeks) will be granites het hypo striped. So the F2 will be striped ghost bloods - its my most exciting corn project this year! I'm really excited about it!
