    Ghi x Enchi breeding
I really love this hobby! This is one of my 2007 holdback female enchis and she has been bred off and on by a Ghi for the last few months. She has 7 big follicles and should ovulate soon but just in case...he's still paired with her on occasion. I figured as long as she is letting him it's all good. :rolleye2:

As of June 23rd she hadn't even Ovulated... so I would say there are no hatchlings yet.... :gj:

Nice animals Matt -- and better product for sure!! Best of luck with this exciting pairing. :gj:

Gives me hope -- I have a half dozen codom girls that have been breeding for the better part of the season that have yet to ovulate. May we both see some BIG LUMPS in the near future. ;)

    Update...
Today is day 54 and it looks like there is a single Ghi Enchi in there. I can't get a real good look at it and I am chomping at the bit. I'll get pics in a few days if all goes well. :please:

Thanks Bill. Staring at the animal...I don't know if it's one or not. It seems lighter than the ghis...oh man what a dilemma. If not I will repeat it again this season.

Can see any pattern Matt? Color is often difficult as we all know -- plus this is something new on top of that. A couple more days...:rolleye2::rolleye2::rolleye2:

    Re: Ghi x Enchi breeding
Yup...I can see pattern and it looks like a Ghi pattern for the most part with nice light orange blushing and a lighter orange pattern with bright yellow patterning on the back and a lot of noise in the pattern. There seems to be a little bit of lighter blushing on the back also but in between the pattern. Little yellow spot on the head too but nothing significant. It may be out in the next couple of days...unless I keep torturing it!

I also have a Ghi x Super Pastel clutch almost piggybacking this one and I already see a pastel Ghi or two.
