I use fake plants and leaves and such from Walmart most of the time. Way cheaper than buying ZooMed or from a pet store.

When I used fake plants, I purchased from Dollar General.

Do note - some of these fake plants have plastic rings on them (for hanging in your home). Be sure to cut them off before putting them in the enclosure, as they have trapped some snakes when they've tried to crawl through them, cutting off their circulation.

A lot of people here use tubs so we dont have plants, the ones that use tanks buy their fake plants from a variety of sources. You can buy them at large pet stores (i.e. Petco), department stores(Walmart), hobby and art supply (Michael's). You can put as many as you like to keep a tank busy, it'll help your BP feel secure and happy. If youre putting them in for him to climb, that's kinda pointless cause most BPs prefer to stay hidden and on the ground. For aesthetic purposes, go crazy and put em everywhere. And welcome.

Me too especially if its getting near the point where two hides make the tub a little to cramped for my tastes. I lay fake plants all over the cool side, I just hate when they poop on top of the plants instead of under

$1.50 for a 4 foot long vine with loootttts of leaves on it. I bought it at a store called Dollar General. There was something similar at the local pet store for $20!

I use the Zoo Med plants with the suction cups. My ball climbs and sits on top of them all the time. Who says BP don't like to climb.

If his non-feedings were related to security issues perhaps. If the temps and humidity are off not so much.
