New Business Name And Logo

So a great idea for a name hit me! Its unique.... Godfather Reptiles.... Check Out The sick logo i made using gimp... I made myself into the godfather....

I was wondering about the copyright especially since there are console games still being released.

That is a very cool design but do yourself a favor just keep this as your PC wallpaper, unless of course you are ready for legal troubles ;)

That is for sure opening yourself up to lawsuits for copyright or trademark infringement. You even used the same/similar font as them.

Another concern is whether or not that is the sort of image you want to be projecting to your potential customers. Which customers will be drawn in, and which ones will be turned away? Is that the direction you want to go?

I lke the idea... But how do you think i can go about it without getting into legal trouble? Its a totally different picture.. kinda, and its a different name... Should i like change the positioning of things on the logo? The pic of the "godfather" isnt the actual godfather, and the name isnt the same... HELP!?

You're even using the same hand holding the strings - and using the same concept with the picture of you with the rose (in fact it's the same rose, and the same shadowing of the photo). While it may seem cool now, it may be more trouble for you than it's worth, legally.

Me personally, I'd rather pick something more original (ie, my own).

Yea, Im glad i posted this so i got a warning before i started posting it everywhere, and got in trouble for it.. Well, i guess i'll have to change my concept to something more original, or just create my own god father type thing (not the template from google images haha)....
