Brown Colour on Ball Python's mouth
Hey guys, so I bought myself a new ball python and I noticed some brownish colouring on the bottom jaw along the mouth line on my Ball Python. Is this just part of the markings or is it something I should start worrying about?

Sounds like it could be a scab.

Damage to lips happens when eating. Watch it for the next few sheds, and if it goes away, that is what it was.

It would be easiest to diagnose with a photo, but that is my guess.

Worst case scenario it could be not saying it is but it could be mouth rot which is very treatable you should post some pics.

I think it's probably just a marking. I also got to say thats a great looking ball python you have there.

Yeah thankss for doing that. I just really need to know what it is before I start making plans for breeding. Because If it is some kind of problem, it will delay all my plans and cost me money for treatment. sorry
