He should be located on the borderline of the US and Canada so it won't be as expensive selling to both countries!

He lives in Canada, shipping to the states is not a problem.

Canada deliver Cites way faster than US. You don't have to wait full months like we have to when we order from US.

It's not a next day shipping thing, but it's fast. You also save since it's CAD and not US $. But I still don't see why you would want to do this, unless it's a unique animal (who is probably not for sale then).
