pls advise me about this morph ....
I'm a new breeder from Thailand. This is the first clutch of this year.Mother is Butter snd father is Bumblebee.

I've got 4 eggs. One of them has just been hatched yesterday.

I am quite new ball phyton breeder, so I am not sure about this morph. Is there any advise about this morph?http://i275.photobucket.com/albums/j...IMG_4887lp.jpg

    Welcome to BP.net!

It looks like you hit the odds and got a Spider Pastel Butter! Congrats! There is a debate about whether Butter and Lesser are the same gene, but I know that Spider Pastel Lesser is called a Queen Bee. I'm not sure if there is a name for the Spider Pastel Butter.

Personally, I'd keep it and breed it when it gets up to size. That's an awesome animal to have in your collection!

I thought the butter bee was just Butter x Spider as well..
Since ..Pastel x Spider x Lesser = Queen bee
    ...them maybe...
Pastel x Spider x Butter = King Bee?

Just a lame guess  since the Lesser and Butter are supposedly the same or similar at least. but King bee might get people confused with Kingpin :P

I know a queen bee is the lesser form, so I didnt want to call it that. Ill just go by Butter Bee, because its a Butter and a bumble bee together.

Names get so confusing dont they...:rolleye2:

I don't agree with that. A Russo het lucy makes BEL, but a Russo het lucy pastel spider would look nothing like a queen bee. I think they they should all be called something different. I suggest calling a butter bumblebee a butter bumblebee until it is properly named.

Nice work---nice to see some breeding going on in thailand. One of my very good friends lives on soi 11. Do you shop for herps at chatuchak market? I visited there and saw a good amount of morph balls available.

Well a lesser bee is a lesser spider, so butter bee is butter spider.

There was already a big debate last year about the butter/lesser influence on the lemonblast aka emperor pin.

Great welcome ! Thank u for every opinions.

    Butter X Spider = Butterbee

Butter X Bumblebee = Butter Bumblebee

What is the difference between Butterbee and Butter Bumblebee? head tone color , body pattern or etc.

I'll post pictures again when it comes out of the egg.

    Thank u so much

According to the NERD website a Butterbee is a spider x Butter. If anyone should know Nerd should. After all they wrote the book on bees and spider combos

Go to the link below. There is a picture of a queen bee (lesser pastel spider) next to a bumblebee (pastel spider). Butters and lessers look very similar, so the queen bee should look similar to the butter bumblebee.

    Hope this helps.
