kinda miffed....
So I installed a supposedly amazing program on my computer that my boss gave me...
and it wiped out a few of my programs completely that I can't get back now...
Photoshop being one of them.. don't have the original disk or anything.. left it in Ohio with my parents...
Dreamweaver too....
and gosh knows what else..
SOOOOOO MAD right now....

You can use GIMP for now. It's basically a free version of photoshop.

Re: kinda miffed....
if you can get on demonoid i'd use that instead, its ALOT safer for torrenting. But they have closed registration and only open it up periodically. I have an account, but i dont really wanna just hand out Inviation codes :P

I also use uTorrent, but in conjunction with isohunt.com. It's great. :)

Warning - We understand that Bittorrent and Bittorrent search engines can be used for legal software downloads, but requests have been made in this thread for illegal use/activities. If it continues we will be forced to delete this thread and hand out infractions for anyone suggesting illegal activities.

Re: kinda miffed....
Stupid question, but if you wanted to get things back to the way they were before you installed the program, did you try a system restore?

Re: kinda miffed....
If you purchased the Photoshop disk and merely left it at your parents', you should have them mail it to you. You could then re-install it. My Photoshop disk has had lots of play, because we've restored our system several times in the recent past b/c my husband was anti-antivirus (he's changed his mind!)
