    Update on the mini ticks
    So a friend and i, decided to go "halvsies" on a hot little pair of SD ticks.
    i found the pair, and we bought them.
    BUT, he liked a bass and amp i had a little more than the retic. so we traded. I NOW HAVE A HOT PAIR OF SD TICKS!
    THEY POUNDING DOWN RAT FUZZYS! lol! weighing in at only
    male:74 Grams female:72 Grams

    they are currently housed in a 24qt tub each...
    here are some pics.

    females: 6-7 foot.

    Nice snakes!!! I would love some tiny retics some day. Question though... that definitely looks like pine shavings you are keeping them on... do you know that pine is very bad for them??? I might be wrong but i know what shaved aspen looks like and it's not that white and flaky and yellowy.

    i been wanting to get one for a long time and have yet to find a albino SD. Wanting to get one from a respectable breeder so i dont run int the chance of mix bloods and end up with a giant.


    Would you say a full grown male be comfortable in 41qt tub r no. I know they dotn get real thick.

    most people keep them in 4 ft cages...
