It's unusual to have that much yellow, but Anery Type A will have yellow sides at least on their neck. Charcoal or Type B should not have any yellow.

Agreed. Heres an Anery A Motley I have. She doesnt have a lot of yellow, but she has more pink than normal. Motleys are just really variable.

Actually, its quite common for anerys to have that much yellow. And charcoals can also have a lot of yellow as well. Yellow is a poor indicator for either morph, as there is so much variability on it.

They actually look a lot like the yellow rat snakes I see all the time here in South Florida. That would be my guess...yellow rat snake.

If the "yellow rat snakes" you see in S. Fl. look like those, then you're not seeing yellow ratsnakes. Yellow ratsnakes are fully striped and have an orangey/reddish/yellow color to them. The snakes in question are definitely not yellow rats:

my guess is a motley ghost, but with out knowing the parents it could be an anery. i only say ghost because they are lighter and slightly pink. you could buy them and test them out. sounds like a fun project to me :)

I have seen rat snakes at the pet supply shop that look similar to that. I don't think they're a corn, or they don't look like any corn I have ever seen!
