Thanks for linking to that - I'd seen the "Major missing link to be unveiled" headlines earlier, but not the actual fossil. That one is a beauty, and worth the hype!

don't know if you guys caught that but this was dug up in 1983 by an amature.

I saw this on google and in the news yesterday. I think its really cool. Just how man was able to walk on two legs I :please: that he gets smarter, too!
