Is my ball a morph???!!!?

i have friends that are saying i should go get my ball looked at because her under belly looks "diffrent". ive never really noticed it. but could anyone tell me if my ball might be some kind of morph or somthing lol or are my friends just crazy.

firstly, the background to your website is ridiculous, please have it stay one color :( its painful to view.

secondly, generally if you have to ask "is my bp a morph" -- it isn't. You pay more for morphs because they are different. did you purchase your ball as a normal? if so, most likely it is a normal. Sure there are dinkers and new and different morphs coming out occasionally but if you think you have something truly genetically different from a normal the only way to tell is proving it out by breeding to see if the look is inheritable.

Off the top of my head i can't recall a single morph that is classified by belly pattern alone. Yellowbellies have a specific belly and body pattern, etc.

So, in a nut shell i'd say no it isn't a morph.

im sorry about the site its been a while since i used it and i just put thos pics on today. i didnt bother with the rest of the pages. and thank you i just thought i would ask ne ways. i thought y not ask u know. i got her from a breeder and honestly they arent to terrible bright ne ways. i was going to get a few more snakes from them but i changed my mind since she and a butter corn i got from them had mites. that was an ordeal within its self

i didnt think about the pics of her top lol im stupid when it comes to morphs

im going to post one more time on my ball becuase i was suggested to. this time im looking at her top, not her underside. is there something unique with my ball or is she just normal. im computer dumb so i don tknow how to put pics up here lol if someone could help me on that too that would be great LOL but look at the pics with my snake lucie outside in the grass.

That is one of the prettiest normals I have seen! Her belly looks just like my babies belly :)

Well, by now, you don't need me to tell you your snake is a normal ball python, but . . .

Would you mind me saying she's one of the nicest normal ball pythons I've seen? I love that rich gold tone she wears, and her blushing is off the hook! If you do decide to breed her down the road a piece, I think pairing her with a nice pastel, mojave or lesser guy would bring some _very_ pretty baby snakes into the world!

There are some working on a genetic "blush or brown back" but I am not sure who at this point.
I have one with nice blushing like that. but he is a normal

First of all BEAUTIFUL normal - I wouldn't mind having to look at her every day!

I saw in the chat box that you were asking if she was worth breeding and what blushing meant. Blushing describes the light brown areas that blush out on her back. It's a description, and doesn't "mean" anything per se.

Is she worth breeding? Beautiful normals like her are the foundation to breeders who are interested in selective breeding. Her blushing would make her an awesome candidate to breed to a pastel, for example. Your goal would be for her to pass that awesome blushing on to any pastel offspring she might have.

So, beautiful normal females are always worth breeding (IF you're interested in breeding - if you're not, there's absolutely nothing wrong with her being a beloved pet).

I think she is beautiful. I do love her blushing.

Definetly a normal but a very nice one.

Also i agree with cinderbird, please change that background it could literally cause someone with epilepsy to have a seizure.

that said, your ball is gorgeous. She is a stunning example of the species. Personally, if you think shes something special and plan to breed in the future (or now), breed her and see if you can prove her out. Even if she doesn't prove to be completely genetic she'd still produce some amazing babies.

lol we're in the same boat. I'm looking at male morphs to pair with my female who should reach breeding weight in the next year or two. I cant decide which morphs i want!

A pastel would go great with her, especially if you can find a male with lots of blushing. BLUSH BABIES AHOY
