First Clutch of the Season!!

But no pictures.....:(

Well, I've got them, but I can't get the program to recognize my camera right now....

Four big beautiful eggs (from a girl that gave me six last year, but stopped eating earlier this season). 116 grams each egg.

Mojave x normal. Mom is the mom to my pastels. Last year I only got 2 pastels out of six eggs, so I'm really hoping that I paid my dues last year and will have better odds this year!

Last year she laid on May 5th, this year May 7th!

Congrats, Robin!! Cross my fingers for mojos:)

Sorry - I literally hooked up the camera right after getting eggs set up, mom cleaned up and her enclosure cleaned up and sat down here! You know I love you!

The first of the season is always the most difficult -- the WAITING!!! Now you get to wait on the babies -- ball breeding is mostly about the waiting. :rolleye2::rolleye2::rolleye2: Congrats Robin -- "my odds" say that you should get more than a few Mojaves.:banana:

Mom was a perfect choice for mojaves - she is so bright yellow and I always would joke that she was my "poor man's mojave" because of her mojave-ish look to her.

Winston was paired with two other very lovely ladies this season, both very reduced pattern and bright to see how their babies will look with him. Here they are:

I still need to re-install the camera software (it's all Aaron's fault, I'm going to blame him, when he was downloading the pictures he took of my animals on his camera last week! LOL).

But he did tell me how to get the pictures off of my camera that worked, but I'm a huge creature of habit and have to have my "old" way back! LOL
