I got 2 new babies today :)

Well they are not actually babies. They needed rehoming so I took them in, Originally they were kept in a 55g tank. I believe there was some dominance issues going on.

This is the female she only weighs 731g at 3 years old, she also has an old wound near her tail, she's in shed right now

This is the male he weighs in at 1875g at 5 yrs old

I will have them probed to be certain of their sexes

The male is a behemoth! And definitely has an interesting pattern and chocolatey blushing. :gj:

Thanks everyone :), yes the female is small, but I'm sure she'll double her weight over the next 4 months now that she is in her own enclosure.

They are definitely gorgeous snakes! Danged great of you to adopt them too. I know how I feel when a vet or a pet store calls me to let me know they have B/P's that need to be adopted. My heart skips a beat and I'm like a kid heading to the toy store. There is just an excitement you can't explain when you get that call. The anticipation, the challenge of bringing the sick onoes back to health...just the whole experience.
