Petco find.. not sure if I found a hot one!

Hi :D

I stopped to Petco to get a few bunny items, and out of habit I checked in on the BP's to see if any non-normals had slipped in. A few sad looking dark normals with a bunch of stuck shed.. then a spot of bright!

I'm not sure if s/he is just a pretty normal or not, but I just couldn't pass it up, and now I have another BP haha. The eyes look more dark than green, but I do notice retained eyecaps, plus the belly is starting to turn pink, so I don't think we've reached full color capacity haha.
I was wondering if I could get some input from all you pros on if I found something besides a normal? Please and thank you! :D

First: Has a pretty cool tail stripe. None of these pictures do her/him any justice, by the way.. bright bright yellow!

neat blushing on that normal, it's even got a "ring" of blushed out black on its back!

just looks like a nice light colored normal

I like the tail stripe, nice normal.

The belly is pink because she is going into shed.

Yep. Very pretty, light colored normal. It would look even better if it had been a reduced pattern. :)

I think she's a great looking snake. The best thing to do is breed her/ him! Maybe normal, maybe has a surprise, you never know. :)

I think that she's beautiful! As much as I love my reduced patterns, she's one that would be hard to say no to as well. Good pick up - and definitely a nice "dinker" to breed and see what happens! Congrats!

I'm assuming since you mentioned 3 different morphs, you really aren't clear on what they look like. ;)

No, I know what they look like. Fire and sulfur are very similar in looks, so one could be confused for the other. Also although vanilla is more different than fire and sulfur it is still a light colored "golden" BP. The snake pictured looks similar to these morphs IMO.

Actually I think it looks more like a fire or sulfur than vanilla.

you need to remove those eye caps as soon as possible it might damage the eye...a damp Q-tip shall do the trick just rub it nice and gently...have someone hold the snake for you by the head...

I noticed today the left one is getting rather dented.. but I've also read on this board that leaving them on til the next shed (pretty soon since she's turning blue) is alright too. Should I wait or still remove them myself?
