First clutch...ever!

Checked my lone female I bred this season this morning and she dropped 4 beautiful looking eggs!! I had to head out to work but as soon as I get home I will get pics, candle them and weigh them. This is going to be a very nerve wracking 60 days!

No doubt, OCD has set in! I usually love my work but today I just want to be home.
Mom is a very light normal female and Dad is a Graziani pastel with awesome blushing and flames. Hope to get at least one pastel who doesn't brown out as much as the male did.

Grats! BTW, I set my incubator to 89F, and my eggs normally start to pip on day 55 or 56.

Congrats! It's very anxiety-producing in the beginning, but now I just check them every once in a while & they seem to be fine all by themselves (gotta say, the Nature's Spirit incubator is awesome!).

I have 3 others glowing right now, so hopefully I'll have some more clutches soon.

Well crud- I got home from work and she has rolled two of the eggs out and is on the remaining two. I will try to incubate the ones she rolled out but don't have much hope for them :(

Long story short...SO didn't get the incubator build like he has been promising me :mad: I am not mechanically inclined at all so he said he would build it- for well over a month he told me this. I was going to just buy one and he told me he would get to it, not to spend the money. Thankfully a friend let me "borrow" their incubator so eggies are good but grrrrr. I don't know if I am more mad at myself for not buying one and having things taken care of or him for not following through. Think it is him right now as I told him this morning there were eggs and he still didn't start on it :mad:
