Do these eggs look right?
My incubator temps are about 88 give or take a single digit, vermiculite is nice and moist, but not too damp, and these eggs are my first clutch. I tried to google pics, but all I can find are pics of perefectly white eggs. these eggs had these spots when she dropped them, they just seem more noticable now.

They'll be fine. Those spots are just where some of the calcified shell has formed abnormally. Here are some pics of two clutches from last year that show some similar spots. They aren't the best examples but it's just what I have off the top of my head. All of the eggs hatched just fine.

Re: Do these eggs look right?
Thank you for posting this thread! I literally logged on just now to put up the same exact questions with eggs that look almost identical.
The more replies on this one the better folks. New bee breeders are freaking out!

Those eggs are fine, just relax. Everything will be fine. I have seen eggs like that before. They all hatched.
Re: Do these eggs look right?
you should be good....best of luck
Re: Do these eggs look right?
my third clutch looked worse than that. they all hatched and ate fine so I wouldn't be too worried. if you don't mind me asking how big was the female. my biggest females seem to lay the healthiest looking eggs and my smaller females tend to lay the spotted eggs.
Re: Do these eggs look right?
This female was a nice normal that I raised up from about 400 grams to 1600 when she bred. I didnt get a weight on her before she dropped, I am going to weigh her out this weekend to see how much she lost in the process.
Interesting to know that larger/ older females drop the "whiter" eggs
