    Meet the Panda Pied
So, in my search for a pied, I ran across this guy... Never seen anything like it before, so I thought I'd share it with you guys.

It's certainly unique but not my cup of tea. Might look better if it's low white or have some alteenating pattern like a... zebra?

    What'd you guys think?

I just looked that up and found this:

    First:

Black Pastel x Pied - 50% chance of a Black Pastel het pied

    Then:

Black Pastel het pied x Black Pastel het pied - 1/16 chance of a Panda Pied.

While I think it's cool that the breeder was able to get something like that, it isn't my cup of tea either. Definitely different, though, which is why I couldn't resist the urge to share! What I want to know is how the heck it came out with a white head!

I like it but I would LOVE it if it had more black, 50/50 would have been better.

I thought it was a super cinny pied.
There were a couple threads about this recently, maybe they have more info on the genetics.

The super cinny pied, when it gets produced, will likely be similar but not as much of a pure black.

Super black pastel/pied. Ballroompythonssouth has it now. Awesome snake. I can't wait to see more like it, or the super cinny/pied to see if they all end up super high white, or if some come out more 50/50.

It's only so much because it's unique. But it won't remain unique for long, there were many people working on it before this one was produced, I'm sure there will be several more made this year. I plan on having one eventually too. They are really cool.
