Re: shipyourreptiles.com
Has anyone does business with them yet? I ordered a snake shipping kit from them, but I haven't received a notice on whether they shipped it out and when it will arrive even though they have already received payment from me. I emailed them on Friday, but I still haven't gotten an answer from them.

I just got an animal with SYR.
They don't guarantee live arrival like Fedex can once you get certified.

it is my understanding that part of becoming a fedex approved shipper of reptiles is that you must sign a waiver that states fedex is not accountable for damages should something go wrong.
in other words pack your reptiles well and cross your fingers.have fun !

Yea.... I'm pretty sure you sign a waiver that if anything goes wrong, Fedex is not liable for it.
