Hello from UK

Hello there!

Im Bex from the Uk.

I have 1 female Ball python who is about 3 months old called Bo.

Ive had her for around a month now, but i havnt seen her for the last week as she is going into shed :( its just not right her not being stretched out in her RUB! i miss her!

anyway...thanks for reading...and im sure we will speak soon!

Dont worry, i know how passionate reptile keepers are, im also a member of 'reptile forum UK' and i just sit back and read the insane arguements over nothing!
im open to any comments or suggestions, and im pretty easy going! I just love me snakey!!

Cute little snakey you got there. I even like your avatar. You own one of those too? There's a forum for those down in the colubrid section as well.

You'll notice that we here in the US have a different set of husbandry quirks than the UK folks. For example, you'll see several people feeding live prey items here which is unheard of in the UK forum. You will also see a lot of people using glass tanks and not too many using wood unlike the Brits. Lots of tubs/racks for multiple snakes which I haven't seen much from the UK forum. And we got lots of humidity issues here in th US.

But, one thing is for sure... we all LOVE our snakes just as much as the guys across the big pond. :banana:

Hey Bex nice royal you got there.....just wait til she comes out of shed and she looks all fresh faced :)....will be worth the wait

I'm in the UK (Essex) too and on the 'other' forum, I got my first Royal in July, and my first Morph last weekend :D

BP.net is excellent for specialist royal/ball knowledge so read around and ask questions and you will learn loads :)
