    Cracked out on Snakebytes
Does anyone else get behind on Snakebytes videos and end up making a small marathon of them? I have today. I hadn't watched an episode in a few months and had never seen the old ones...well I have went through 2 out of the 4 pages they have available on Youtube. Too funny and informative not to watch.

I think i'm at about 7 months ago or so. If you are looking at their page i'm on the middle of page 2 so not too far to go to be caught up.

I just found out about snakebytes last week and decided to watch them all to catch up. It is the only thing I watched this weekend other than the local news. I'm not much of a youtube/myspace type of herper, but it's a nice show. Good to see something reptile oriented on you tube that isn't "2 idiots get bite by snake".

It was nice to see that Brian still is heavily into colubrids, and I was most surprised that Brian is getting into geckos. Now I know why all the BP people seemed to all of a sudden want some leos as well.

Thanks a lot guys for catching up on the show. It means a ton to me and reading this thread kind of made my day:) We have been getting back to shooting some more snake heavy shows with some fun stuff in them too. For you Ball Python people tomorrows show will showcase some of the morphs we're going for this year. Not all of them of course, we still have to surprise everyone a little. We also put some fun it without anyone getting hurt or bit:) Chewy will still take a bite every now and then, but it won't be a staple of the show. We're still learning how to produce the right show and your support is so appreciated! Make sure to tune in tomorrow:) Brian(BHB)

I've watched every single episode since the first one.
I'm thinking of watching all episodes tonight.

Man... I was still in highschool when they started.

Gotta say I check all the time for new episodes, I am dealing with a horrific sinus infection, and bronchitis, and all I have gotten out of bed for is to see if there are any snakebytes episodes that I have missed. Keep up the good work guys, its a wonderful entertaining show.

Watched a few shows last night with some of my son's friends. One of them has a couple of shoestring corn snakes, and wanted to see video of snakes eating things and biting things - what better than a feeding episode and the famous (infamous?) brooksi tagging Chewy's nose clip?!

I always enjoy Snakebytes, so it was a treat meeting the BHB crew at White Plains - and bringing home a Yellowbelly BP girl whose appetite is nothing less than spectacular!

I have seen all of the episodes. I came in about month 5 of snakebytes tv. So I had a marathon and forgot where I was so i started over again.

Great shows Brian keep it up. The thing I was most excited about at the Arlington NARBC show was meeting Brian.

I didn't realize this thread took off until today. lol. I finally got caught up on everything last night and have actually been talking to Lori about ATB's and substrate. lol.

About the show, don't change a thing, not even Chewy getting bit, it never gets old and the entertainment was what kept me clicking back to watch the next show (for 3 straight days!). Keep up the good...er...great work.

Anyone else notice that Chewy shaved his torso one episode? It was in the "Kingsnakes and snake vs lemon again??" episode. If you didn't notice then go back and watch it. All i could think was "I feel sorry for those razors...."

I gotta say when I first got our son his BP, I knew enough about herps but being the research info hound I am, I found this site, and SnakeBytes. I watched every single video they had on the site until I caught up to waiting for Brian and the Gang's next video. Though my interest with Herps and nature in general focuses on docent and education in our local wilderness areas here, it makes me want to work at a place like Brian's. I know its not all games and videos, but his story of his early interest in snakes, that led to his dream is one I can imagine. Heck I got hooked due to a copperhead bite when I was 6...!

Brian, if you read this, you and the guys and gals at BHB should be stoked and kudos to you all for making it fun.

I really do appreciate it a ton! You guys have one thing right, we try to have fun and make it fun for everyone. We don't take ourselves so serious, we all just clean snake poop. We just clean a lot more then most peopl:) Sometimes people ask me if I think I hurt our reputation by acting silly, but I think that we want to show everyone how fun it is to keep these incredible animals. There's a ton of hard work that goes into the animals and producing the show. A lot more work then people could imagine. But we have to have fun or we would all want to kill oursleves.lol I'm glad that it comes off that way and we hope to keep it going. If we are so lucky maybe sooner then later we'll get a TV deal and then we can really have a blast and get out to the masses about how incredible these animals are. Could you imagine the increased demand for reptiles if people knew about all these amazing morphs. You have to remember most people at best have seen an albino corn at petco. I'll keep plugging away, but without you guys we couldn't do it. If you ever have any ideas or thought on the show please let me know. it is and always will be about the community! The new show is out today. I'll post a thread:) Thanks again! Brian

I couldn't imagine setting the DVR to record Snakebytes. lol. Have it on a new "all reptiles, all the time" station. Awesome. I would be immediately hooked.
