    Teens & Snakes
Just thought I'd share a few pictures I took this weekend of my middle two children and the snakes.

This is Beth whose 15 posing with one of her favorite ball pythons, Saoirse....

Beth again with her own personal snake, Emi. Emi's an Albino Nelson's Milksnake that Beth intends to breed when Emi's ready.....

One of my very favorite pictures of them.....

Here's Luke, my 17 year old son with his young male BCI, Severus.....

Sev is never still (well other than when he's having male bonding time and watching football with the guys....laugh if you like....they actually watch football LOL). He's a perfect snake for our oldest son.....

Luke and Beth with Tequila, our 16+ year old female BCI.....

Awesome pictures and your kids are beautiful too! What fun to see them enjoying the snakes as much as you and Mike do!

Awww thanks Robin! I love that all our children have their own snakes and are growing up learning how wonderful snakes can be as pets.

Jo the kids... those with scales AND those without are looking great.

Beth is looking... well... like a teenager! Surprised you got her to hold still long enough for a picture, doesn't she have like 5000 things to letter in this semester? :O

Love the pic of her and Emi, and nice to see a pic of Sev where he isn't trying to steal the Christmas tree. ;)

Thanks Judy. Sev is getting a good size though once you've held (or is that wrangled) almost 9 feet of Mz. Tequila, well Sev seems kinda small LOL.

Bethie has her first boyfriend, Bruce, so she's not as hyper focused on that stuff this year. She's still a bit ticked off she "only" lettered in three things her freshman year. She so wanted to be a 4 letter freshman (my little over-achiever ). Still my Beth though - one minute she's slapping on makeup, the next she's mucking out rat bins - she's a hoot!

Sev wasn't the boa in the tree. The picture I think you're thinking of was of Rauri (aka Sonja who now lives with Becky in Texas) the rescue boa that tried to climb from Luke to our Christmas tree.

Thanks Melanie. If I can get the youngest to sit still for more than 2 seconds I'll have to get some new shots of him with one of the snakies.
