Uh, yeah, this is totally faked. It can't be possible from an ecological standpoint. There's nothing in those forests large enough for a snake that large to eat. Even the elephants and rhinos don't seem big enough for a 100' snake. Also, how would it move around through the forests without leaving big trails with its body being so wide? Something that large would have definitely been found by now, either by spotting the animal, its incredibly large feces, or the huge paths it would be clearing through these forests.

yeah these are all the same things i thought. i mean 100' that snake would have to be at least 5' around. it would TRAMPLE the forest and kill everything lol 45' is more reasonable but i still wont believe it till i see it.

As much as I would like it to be real but I have to agree that is must be a fake. It couldn't hide the trails it would leave or its bowel movents. Even if it traveled only by water there would be evidence where it took down it's prey. But hey, I would not want to go hunting it lol can you say I would be an appetizer not even the main meal.

I would rather see the snake dead or fossilized than see it alive...because a snake that big will need to eat something about our size...and need to eat often. That goes for dinosaurs too!!!

You people are all wrong.....I have the biggest snake on record. It's a 103foot borneo blood. Dang thing weighs over 800lbs already. lol I was hoping the one in borneo was 50ft+ because come on.....thats just cool.

Fake!, but it would be cool if it was real. But i mean come on here are some of the posts people have put on the web page one of them has a good point.
This is an obvious photoshopped fake to anyone who isn't completely thick! The Balleh River is a tributary of the Rajang, and is about half a kilometre wide at it's smallest points - looking at the photo, the 'snakes' head appears to be roughly one tenth of that - that would make it's head 50 metres wide!
i wish it was real but its fake

the largest snake ever found was a 29.5 ft retic in indonesia. i think it was in 1910. thats why when people say.. "oh a retic/anaconda/rock python can reach 30 ft" you can call bs cuz there has never been a 30 ft living snake found. they have sheds over 30 ft but everyone knows sheds can easily stretch.

LONDON, Feb. 22 (UPI) -- A grainy photograph of a 100-foot snake in a river in Borneo may be as real as similar shots of Big Foot or the Loch Ness monster, a computer expert says.
The photo ran Thursday in The Telegraph, a London newspaper that did not claim it is authentic. The Guardian said it was supposedly taken by a member of a disaster team surveying potential flood areas in Indonesia who spotted the snake from a helicopter flying over the Baleh River.
Another shot was supposedly taken from the bank of the river.
Hany Farid, a computer science professor at Dartmouth in New Hampshire, told Scientific American that the low resolution of the photographs is one reason to be suspicious. Another is that in both, the giant is out in the middle of the water, not interacting with any other animals or objects -- which would be harder to fake.
Farid refused to label the photographs as definitely faked. But he has a rule of thumb: "When you look at images, you should think about, 'How hard would this be to do?'"

Actually it was 32+ Ft. And I'd say six inches is close enough to call it 30 Ft .

the Baleh river doesn't even get that dark of color on the darkest of days so without even looking at the snake you can tell it's a fake...they could have at least picked a more believable size if they wanted people to think twice about it. :rolleye2:

But there has been a retic that some guy caught in borneo that is approx. 50 feet long. I saw the video, and this thing was colossal!No joke!He feeds it 3-5 dogs a week just to keep it alive!
