REPTILES, REPTILES, and more REPTILES! Birds from CANARIES to PARROTS. Small exotic mammals, such as SUGAR GLIDERS, HEDGEHOGS, and FERRETS. Fluffy
favorites CHINCHILLAS and RABBITS. Your favorite creepy crawly TARANTULAS and SCORPIONS. Fish from CICHLIDS to SEAHORSES, and a few PUPPIES and KITTENS (no puppy mills).
Plus, small livestock (CHICKENS and DUCKS)

Food items, too! CRICKETS, MICE and RATS (both live and frozen), and pelleted food. Did we mention we've also got all your supplies--cages, tanks, bedding, toys, and decorative items?

Ack! I want to go again so badly! I've only been once.

The problem is I can't save up enough money to go down there to buy anything. I just keep doing payment plans online because I don't have to save ahead of time!

I'll probably be there in a few months looking for a pied because I think show prices are a little lower than regular/online... maybe I'm crazy but that's how it seems.. Plus you don't have to pay for shipping.

your best bet if you want a cheaper pied would be the course your already taking. personally i would just save as much as you can and keep looking if by oct you dont get one go to the tinley show

Yeah I know hets are the way to go, cus I'm poor... But I really want a visual male so I get more visuals in the clutches. We'll see if I can really work that out though or if it's a pipe dream.

I know I won't be able to get anything until summer, but I am still going just to hang out and check out the snakes! I am sure you can arrange a payment plan at the show and negotiate on a price.

I am keeping my eyes peeled for a male axanthic, because I am obsessed with them.

The show was buuuusssy for people who didn't go.

They set a record in attendance from what I heard. 1,654 though the door if I'm not mistaken.

I don't know. That's pretty dumb. Maybe they couldn't book the dates they wanted or something.

But it worked out for me cus I gotta do a trade.:D

It's always the 1st Saturday and 3rd Sunday. The last two months it just ended up being screwy. I wish they just had it every other weekend, rotating between Saturday and Sunday since that's their thing. I get all my rats and mice there, so when it gets messed up like it has been I have to drive and spend 3x as much to feed my 37 snakes. It has been getting super crowded there lately. I think they need a bigger venue with better parking. With the two couples who run it making $13,000 a month on entrance fees and tables, they can afford to have it somewhere huge.
