    Pacman Setup
I am thinking about adding an albino pacman to my growing herp collection. I have read the caresheets and I have an idea for a setup but I also wanted to draw inspiration from others. So, if you don't mind, please post up some pics of your pacman or similar frog setup.

Mine won't even go in the water bowl! Get a digital thermomiter they work alot better as the other kinds can be off by 10 degrees. It looks good I'm sure it's a happy fat frog:)

Yeah I've only caught mine in the water bowl once or twice in 6 months. Usually he's buried under the substrate.

Ever since I saw Brian's (BHB) Albino Pacmans I've been in love and wanting one. I've been researching them and so far it seems that most sites say the females get bigger but the males do some awesome croaking so I'm still undecided which way to go gender-wise. What are you thinking of getting - male or female? I also like that weird lime green colored Pacman but I think the albinos are still the nicest looking. There's some great You Tube stuff on Pacmans.

    Re: Pacman Setup
All they really need is moist substrate and a shallow water dish, and heat. Anything after that is purely for looks. They are not good swimmers at all, and can easily drown if the water is not shallow. Most of mine never have used the water dish, which most will not if all the other parameters are correct. Get either a dial or digital thermometer though, the strip ones like above are useless for this purpose, as they can't accurately tell the ambient temps. Those things work by contact.

Also, if getting an albino, definitely no UVB rays for them. Good luck, and hope to see some pics soon.

This is Twoey (named for the plant for Little Shop of Horrors since it at EVERYTHING). This is not the tank she is in, currently she is in QT going through chytrid treatment. I don't have a pic of the tank setup I have for him at this moment because that pic was taken at E.Bay before we got him home.

    Very Easy:

Some Coco Husk substrate, a waterbowl, a hygrometer, and some heat. That's all there is to it.

I'm diggin the water bowl! where did you get it? I'm using Eco Earth for my substrate and I have a smaller water bowl that he gets in and out of while in QT so he actually uses it.

I got it at Pets Plus, but you can get them online, they're called a LIZARD LAGOON

My Pacman loves his waterbowl, I'd say he's in it 75% of the time.
