Adult cinny albino / black pastel albino
Does anyone have any pics of adult cinnamon albinos or black pastel albinos? Do they get better as they age or do the colors bleed out like the regular albinos?
Thanks,
JonV

Here's a Black Pastel Albino, courtesy of Darren at Crystal Palace Reptiles here in the UK. They're really neat looking animals, the contrast is unreal.

If it weren't for the red eyes I would love that snake, lol. mind, I HATE albinos, usually.
Re: Adult cinny albino / black pastel albino
hmm.. maybe have to think about changing around some production ideas.. Was thinking more of an albino pin but I kinda like that black pastel albino..

Thanks for the pics, everyone.
Now, big question....
Next year do I cross my two cinnie girls with 1) Albino male or 2) Clown male?
Down the road I'll have cinnie albinos on the one hand, or maybe cinnie or pewter clowns on the other hand. What do you think?

That's a hot looking albino.
Re: Adult cinny albino / black pastel albino
Why not cross them with both, lol. That way you get everything you want ;)

I know a lot of people like to do that, but a part of me would rather do the two females to the same homozygous recessive male in order to solidify my chances of nailing what I want. For example, if I breed either of the cinnies to a homozygous recessive male, only 1 out of 4 eggs (statistically speaking) is going to be cinnie het recessive female, which are the ones I want to hold back.

I am gonna shoot for albino cinny after I get my regular albinos going. The albino pied is sweet to. I think my favorite may be the caramel glow

Then again you might get 2 or 3 females, odds are funny that way.
I hatched 6 eggs last year yb to normal and got 5 female yb's and 1 male normal.
You never know...:P
