I do not know I got this snake from a friend for free. I was just feeling his body and it felt like his skin was loose as I ran my hand down his back... It felt like he was saggy...

    Anyone with info please
I started a thread earlier, but no one really responded. My BP today when i was messing with him, i ran my hand down his back, and his skin felt saggy "loose". His cage temps are 90-94 in the hot spot, 85-88 on the cool, Humidity is 50-55, age is unknown, size is about 3- 3 1/2 feet long, and i do not know the last time he ate(tried to feed him a week ago but he refused) ANY help is this just him burmating, or is this a start of a shed!!! PLEASE help.. This is my first BP, and I wanna make sure I do everything right!!!

Do you mean his skin is in folds? Or that you can like "lift up" the skin?

Maybe the snake's a little overweight so it's a little "mushy"?

    Maybe dehydrated? Or underweight?

Like I mentioned, it could be shed time, or dehydration, or underweight. If you are concerned, perhaps a trip to the vet is in order :)

    Re: Anyone with info please
Possibly both. Make sure he has fresh water, and perhaps a soak. Give him time to destress, I don't know how long you've had him(but you said you don't know when he last ate). At least a week with no handling, to let him settle in before you attempt to feed.
If he's underweight, there's no fast way to get the weight back on, you'll just have to feed him on a good schedule.

My guess is either dehydration, or he needs to be fed.
