Nope, just a normal with really busy pattern. He's neat none the less. He has some nice banding.
Black back can be genetic in some cases. Black backs usually have a pretty nice/wide black stripe down their back. Someone posted a pick in your other thread.

Yea, doesn't resemble a black back at all I'm afraid. The "key" is having a dorsal stripe devoid of alien heads or spots, leaving just the black.

As noted before, the one you have pictured is just a normal busy patterned animal. Nothing wrong with that and FYI, black backs are for the most part, not genetic and are thought of as, "pretty normals" as well. Unless the animal is either a Het Red Axanthic or a clown :)
