Ding Dong.....special delivery...

Today I had fedex deliver all the way from Kansas A box and when I opened it was 2 very special Gtp
havent named them yet
my other Gtp are named skittles , tic-tac and pez...so any ideas...

Not the best pictures but didnt want to stress them out. first little baby(16months old) is a Lereh Gtp
The beautiful little red baby is a Wamena Gtp (born in sept08) he does have some shed still on him.

The first baby was free :gj:.....oh yeah u heard me right that beautiful baby was free... She will not be free when I am done with her. She has a loose vent :( which causes her to prolapse. Longest she has gone is a month or so. I already had to insert it back today after her trip. But with a nice warm soak she is doing well. I have been in contact with my vet and we plan to stitch her up- one on each side and I pray this is all the sweet girl needs.

The little red baby is a mite phase and I look forward to his amazing change.:D

Ill start a thread when they get here! I hope you get that girl situated, what a story, again i love the yellow mask on her! The red baby should be a fun change to watch!

yes of course...I am prepared and know what to do. no perches for the sweet girl either and she is not happy..caught her hanging from the water dish.. poor thing...

she is worth it. poor girl was tired and needed rest but had to take care of it asap. no big thing. she is really sweet I relize its hard to tell from the bite I posted but its because of the hard way she is in now. but with the vets help and me she will be happy soon. thanks all!

Sorry for the delay in response. Yes she has had her vet visit. had surgery and is doing well we have pulled all the stitches except one which we plan on leaving in there another 8 weeks in hope to get some good scar tussle to grow and help her not prolapse. Overall the vet says she looks good.
The best news was yesterday she was given the ok to perch..... This poor girl hasn’t been allowed to perch due to causing her to prolaspe and tonight she will be perched...she always attempts to perch on her water dish..So sad..
Can’t wait to put her in her new home but for now healing time just a tub.
