good question I looked everywhere and couldnt find one forsale to get a price for you, best bet would be to contact adam at 8ball, ralph davis, or kevin at nerd:gj: good luck

Doug Matuszak of Boa Basement has them. He lists them as bananas (not 100% sure if that is the same as a coral glow). I inquired back in Sept about them. A female is 42k and a male is double that. Will Slough had a banana clown up for 35k a couple months ago on KS. It must have sold in a matter of hours. They sure are nice.....hmmm.

It's not a combo morph. It's a base, co-dominant morph. Kevin showed me his original coral glow female once and it is HOT! I'd love to own one someday the combos that are possible to make with them are just INSANE! I wonder if anyone's done a coral glow/clown......... I'm sure someone's working on it lol.

I think people are thinking of the caramel glow (caramel albino ghost) coral glow is it's own co-dom morph.

As far as I know, there are two different lines of this mutation. The coral glows that were produced by Nerd and the Bananas that were produced by Will Slough. I don't know if they've been proven to be compatible, but they sure look the same to me... The coral glows were produced by Kevin when he bred his import White smoke male and produced a couple of females. The Bananas were produced when Will bred a male clown to his import banana female producing a number of banana het clowns (also all female) I can't remember if it was 4 or 5 that he produced. In both cases the mutation was produced in the first generation proving that it was at least dominant but as far as I know, the mutation hasn't been bred back to itself so it wouldn't be possible to know if it was also co-dominant or not. I know that for the first few years at least no males were produced but the whole project has gone kind of hush hush since then so it's hard to get any information.

Besides Kevin and Will, there aren't many people who own this mutation. Doug Matuszak was mentioned and I know that Brock Wagner has a couple. Here is a pic I took of a Banana Clown that Brock picked up at Tinley Park this last October.

I sure hope these guys get busy and start producing a lot more of these soon. It's a beautiful mutation and I'd like to be able to get one myself someday.

Actually, I believe that Will Slough has produced Several bananas from the original import female he bought in Daytona many years ago. Somewhere I've got a picture of the original clutch he produced from breeding her to a male clown. He posted the picture himself on Kingsnake many years ago.

Wow! Last year he wanted $200k, then $175K, then $150k. I guess he finally woke up. Cool snake, but $35 sounds more reasonable.

    Rumors?

I do hope this morph becomes more attainable within the next few years. Right now the chances are pretty much slim and none of getting hold of one. That one's toward the top of my list of must haves.

You mean Bryan Kollwitz? I think that was the other way around. I thought Will sold one to him? I don't know, it sounds all very confusing to me.

I'm pretty sure that's the Super pastel coral glow. I know that they had produced a few pastel coral glows so it would stand to reason that they would try for a super pastel coral glow. As far as I know there hasn't been a super coral glow produced yet.

REALLY HOT animal though! Thanks for the pic :D

I think Brock will find out eventually if they are compatible since he has both a Coral Glow and Banana. I think most ppl think they are the same thing...

Oh and if you haven't seen a banana or coral glow in person, you are really missing out. :P
