Whats your favorite Restaurant chain ?

I just got back from eating dinner with the wife and kiddos. We had some gift cards to Applebees.Let me say, I HATE THIS PLACE. Why do I let her take me there? Even for free I have a hard time going there. What is everyones favorite place to eat and what makes it your favorite ? Lets try to stay under 15 bucks an entree.
My favorite is the Outback. I always get the Outback special Sirloin with loaded baked potato. How about you ?

Sorry to say but I feel the same about Outback that you do about Applebees. I refuse to go there.

I can't say that I'm a big fan of chains but Rainforest Cafe has a nice variety of items on the menu.

An Outback SPECIAL 12OZ steak with their fries and the mashed potatoes. Your making my stomach GROWL!!!:taz:

Heck even the burgers, I don't know what they do to meat but I'm a sucker for Outback.

I ate the trios or whatever Applebee's had a few times it's just NOT the same though.

I really like Carraba's and love their olive oil and seasonings to go with the bread!

We've got a gift card for Applebee's too - as well as one to Chili's (or one of their sister chains). We're going to Birmingham in two weeks and figure we'll just use them then to pay for our dinners.

applebees used ot be good when they actually had food. they have pretty much a snack menu anymore

outback isnt that great either

i tend to lean towards buffalo wild wings, fridays, hooters of course these are not the only places i eat but most of the rest are not chains

Baja Fresh always leaves me feeling happy.

Hands down, Texas Roadhouse. :D

hahaha, we have a d:cks liquor in our town, and the neon s on d:cks is always broken. TEHE. Oh and the best part about it is, the owners name is Richard Licure. lol No joke. :8:

Easy answer, I don't eat at chain resteraunts

I like Outback.

Nothing better than a good steak - and they make up a good one.

And a baked potatoe with bacon and butter... mmm.

Depending on what im looking for, id say my top two are Charlie Browns and Houlihans..

Houlihans if im looking for just some appetizers and a few drinks on the late night

Charlie Browns if im looking for a real dinner. Love the NY Strip with crumbled bleu cheese, and the salad bar is awesome

Texas Road House of course. Nummy.

i HATE applebees....its a fake chilis. they copy everybodys menu. i also HATE cracker barrel. whats the deal with the stupid shop and why does it have to be in the front of the restraunt?.....LAME

my favorite, hands down, is chilis! i will go there anytime and a number of times a week and be ok with it!

I love Tony Roma's. Whenever I'd be out on the road and was able to swing into our terminal in Oklahoma City, I'd gather up a bunch of other drivers and we'd head to the local one.

My absolute favorite, but it's over the ten bucks an entrée, is Ruth's Chris. Every bite is enough to make a meat lover weep with joy. LOL

Outback is always a good place to go.

Also, I've been diggn HuHot lately, its mongolian.

Hmmm...I don't really like chain restaurants in general. But the only one I don't mind is Macaroni Grill. I prefer Sushi & Indian food, so chains just don't do it for me.

& Applebee's is horrible! I'd rather BK. At least it's supposed to taste cheap & be bad for me.

I've never been there but I'm pretty sure Cracker Barrel was actually a store before it was a restaurant. Could be wrong, though.

Saltgrass steak houses( texas chain). Chilis is awesome! I like the outback. Oh yeah, and Gringos (houston chain, texas road houses is also a fav. And for fast food....steak and shake!:D

Freebirds isn't too far from you. There's one on by the Hulen Mall just south of it where Ultimate Electronics used to be.

Bonedaddys (the only one I've been to) is in Dallas. Can't remember exactly where though. We went for lunch there after a meeting. Gotta say it was pretty darn impressive.

you go to the CRG on Harbison in Irmo?

I really don't eat at many chains except for fast food, but Copper River is good as is Macoroni Grill

outback does rock!! the baked garlic, coconut shrimpmmmmmmmmmm. one of my favs!!!olive garden is cool too, i like the house wine and thier berry martinis. anywhere that has a good steak and drink menu too.

I haven't read back but uhhh... I LOVE hot wings so I'm gonna say Buffalo Wild Wings.

(Truly though the best wings ever are in Chicago Illinois at a place called Hamilton's if you ever get the chance)

outback steakhouse or if your in the south sunny's bbq- best pulled pork ever.

They don't have any locations near me but Granite City was amazing when I had it in Iowa.

My favorite restaurant isn't part of a chain, but boy is it good. It is called Mongolian House. They have the best Mongolian BBQ I have ever had.

Ruth Chris has got to have the best steak I have ever eaten at a restaurant. But you are going to spend some cash for a meal there.

Outback gets a mention, but ONLY for the cheese fries, which is Satan in cholesterol form...so yummy.

If i'm looking for a quick fix for less than $10, I'll crush a Chipotle burrito or a Penn Station sandwich... not really top notch quality but very clutch for my budget.

Ok, for REAL restaurants I'd go with Famous Dave's BBQ Though Outback's not too bad either.
