Mellow Yellow

I hatched a faded albino a few years ago....it was an unexpected surprise. I immediately fell in love and I have been working to produce more ever since. I call them mellow yellows. :)
Here is a holdback mellow yellow with a little bit of size.

The cool thing about this girl is that she hatched alongside some reduced pattern high contrast albinos. She has a fairly normal pattern (even though it can be tough to distinguish) while her albino sibs are missing the spots to their pattern.

I knew this clutch could contain fadeds but it still amazes me that these animals popped out of the same clutch. :confused:

Thanks everyone.....I really like where there are going too. On a few of my fadeds, the head does gain a lavender wash to it as the animal matures. Some of my mellow yellows are picking up orange tipping and flecking as they mature.....a neat change. It will be neat to see how they all mature and what they will look like as big adults.

Wow! That's wild those two came from the same clutch! I've never been a big fan of albinos, but I will admit I do like the low contract albinos! I'm glad to see someone else likes them too! :gj:

Isn't it crazy that they are clutch mates......two reduced pattern high contrast albinos and two mellow yellows with normal patterns (and some hets). I am excited to see how it all pans out. There is more there....I know it;)
